Frequently Asked Questions

What is the registration deadline?

Registrations close two weeks before the conference. Early-bird pricing ends one month before. Watch our announcements for exact dates.

Can I request a specific committee?

Yes — select up to three committee preferences. The secretariat will do its best to accommodate your choices, subject to availability.

Is accommodation provided?

Accommodation is not included but we share a list of recommended hotels near the venue. School delegations can contact us for group arrangements.

What does the fee include?

All tiers include committee access, delegate kit, study guides, certificates, and lunch & refreshments on all conference days.

When will I get my committee assignment?

The allotment process has three phases. Phase 1 allotment will be announced till 26 June, Phase 2 till 21 July, and Phase 3 till 14 August. You will receive your allotment on the date of your phase.
